YP4's high-level requirements were:
- Allow YP4 to solicit and accept online credit card donations
- Customize donation pages for specific campaigns
- Track data on fundraising
- Bug fixes in Drupal and CiviCRM
- Integrate external networks into Drupal
- Import data from legacy CRM
Solution
Advomatic implemented the following to meet YP4's requirements:
- Upgraded CiviCRM
- Configured CiviCRM and CiviContribute to handle donations and tie into existing YP4 contact database
- Brought external networks into CiviCRM and Drupal with relationships, search, groups, profiles and CCK
- Imported legacy data
- Provided ongoing development support and enhancements as new needs arose
