California College of the Arts (CCA) chose Free Range Studios and Advomatic to redesign and rebuild their existing Drupal website in 2010.
When CCA approached Advomatic and Free Range Studios, they had an existing website running on Drupal 6 that needed a new face for its already sound architecture and core functionality. Free Range produced beautiful, functional visual designs that were later implemented by Advomatic's development team, led by Jack Haas and Marco Carbone. In addition to the new theme, Advomatic also custom-built new functionality including interactive photo galleries to feature student work, support for video and a new home page. The new theme is entirely Section 508 compliant, meaning it meets government standards for making technology accessible for users with disabilities.
Drupal is a free software package that allows an individual or a community of users to easily publish, manage and organize a wide variety of content on a website. Tens of thousands of people and organizations are using Drupal to power scores of different web sites.
